The use cases of micropayments

Have you ever wonder what would happen if the cost of transferring value dropped from 2.5% fee and processing time to near instantiations and costless?

I keep wondering if we’ll have autonomous vehicles streaming money for their fuel in the future, and micropayments being streamed to them for their services with a billing interval of 1 nanosecond.

Of course, premium services that have a unique positioning will still use value-based pricing because not doing so would leave a huge profit margin on the table.

I imagine most commodities will be “streamable” in the future because of the open market. A true open market would mean that the price of commodities will be almost the same as the cost of producing them.
